Location access is only used when you choose to activate a location-based workout and grant the relevant device permission. Spartus Fitness does not use location information for advertising.
Location data may be stored as part of your workout history so that you can review your completed activities. It is not sold to third parties. Where service providers are used to support mapping, hosting or app functionality, information is handled in accordance with their applicable privacy and security requirements.
Users can disable location access at any time through their device settings. Disabling location permission will prevent GPS-based workout tracking but will not affect other Spartus Fitness features.
Only include claims such as “not shared”, “only while using the app” or “not stored” if they are technically true. For example, if completed GPS routes are saved to the user’s account, then location data is being stored.
